1. About Pressframe
Pressframe is a trade name of C.Casazza Consulting LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate a print-on-demand marketplace that enables photographers and visual artists (“Creators”) to sell limited-edition fine art prints directly to buyers (“Buyers”). By accessing or using pressframe.co (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Creator Accounts
- You must be 18 years or older and provide accurate registration information.
- You retain full ownership of the images you upload. By uploading, you grant Pressframe a non-exclusive license to reproduce your images solely to fulfill orders placed through your drops.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to sell every image you upload. Do not upload images that infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
- Pressframe charges a 10% platform fee on each sale (calculated on the print subtotal, excluding shipping and tax). Your net payout is the subtotal minus fulfillment costs and the platform fee, transferred to your connected Stripe account when the order ships.
- Payouts require connecting a Stripe account via Stripe Connect Express. Stripe's own terms and payout schedules apply to your connected account.
3. Buyer Orders
- All orders are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner and shipped directly to you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days; shipping times vary by carrier and destination.
- By completing checkout you authorize the charge shown at the time of purchase. Prices are in USD and include the print, shipping, and any applicable taxes.
- Returns & refunds: Because every print is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a reprint or refund at no cost to you.
- Pressframe is the merchant of record. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not upload or sell images that:
- Infringe any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Depict minors in a sexual or exploitative manner.
- Contain hate speech, threats, or content that promotes violence.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these rules, without prior notice.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pressframe and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the fees paid by you to Pressframe in the three months prior to the claim.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify Creators by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
